The Callaway Golf “Superhub” manufacturing facility in South Marston, Swindon is looking for a Production Support Supervisor.
The Production Support Supervisor will join us on a full time, permanent basis; 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, and in return will receive a competitive salary, alongside a great range of benefits, including:

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, and partnering with the Production Supervisor, the main purpose of the role is to oversee and manage the support functions for the production process of custom build golf clubs concentrating on:
- Quality control
- Repairs
- Shipping
Work closely with the Production Supervisor you will aim to recognise, explore and implement efficiencies to maximise production time while maintaining high product quality.
Candidates will be required to have significant experience of supervising in a manufacturing (or similar) environment with focus on technical specifications and quality assurance.
You must have proven experience of leading and developing a team, be IT literate and competent with using Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience using SAP would be an advantage.
