Due to rapid growth, we have exciting opportunities to join our highly successful and supportive team on a permanent full-time basis.
You must be hardworking, enthusiastic, reliable, able to work as part of a team along with being able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
· Packing Aluminium trays into boxes
· Moving pallets from the Press lines to the auto pallet wrapper using a hand pump truck.
· Checking and ensuring that the correct product specifications are in use (BOM)
· Ensuring that the correct material is in use.
· Performing hourly quality checks.
· Monitoring and controlling scrap containers and coil scrap.
· Being reactive when a Press stops. Ensuring it is restarted in a timely and safe manner
· General cleaning and housekeeping ensuring the factory is kept in a tidy and safe condition
· Putting forward any Production improvement ideas
· Reporting any faults or concerns with the machinery or product to the relevant people
· Completion of quality and downtime sheets ensuring that data is captured accurately
· Other duties as required of the same level.
What you will receive from us:
· Extensive and continuous training through our i2r training academy. During your initial 2 weeks you will work Monday – Friday 08:00am – 16:00pm. Upon successful completion of your training, you will transfer onto the Shift pattern of 7 - 7 continental shift, both nights and days
