Role Brief:
The job holder will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of PGM based alloys for a variety of applications within Noble Metals business unit. They will utilise several procedures to process ingots into finished components for further processing or sale to customer. The job holder may also be responsible for inspection and packaging of materials

Experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
A good level of English is required to enable interpretation of health and safety policies, risk assessments associated with the departments activities, as well as process instructions.

Role Responsibilities:
- Operators are responsible for ensuring their own and their colleagues, work in accordance to all relevant Production and Environmental, Health and Safety procedures, promptly reporting any incidents or accidents to their Team Leader.
- Following operating procedures and standard work, record process information accurately using percentages and basic maths calculations.
- Work effectively with team members, management teams and other key members to ensure delivery of production targets and customer demand.
- Minimise waste to control costs within the budget and assist with projects and all other duties as required
- Use of measuring equipment (including micrometres and tensile testing machines) and SPC techniques to monitor and control product quality.
- Submitting quality samples and preparation of inspection documentation.
