Warehouse Worker

PIL operated, full-service trucking and logistics company. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our team in Coventry.

Job Description:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Pulling and packing of orders
• Organizing and maintaining inventory
• Preparing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Communicating with management about problems, delays or discrepancies
• Maintaining clean and orderly warehouse area
• Performing other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate well with co-workers
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs. without assistance
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, as well as, in some cases, over hot temperatures (50 degrees) for as long as 2 months or more. We do have a heat/air conditioning unit in the warehouse. You will be working in the warehouse most of the day, so it is not too hot nor too cold all year round. The warehouse is inside during the winter months and some of the summer months. You will be working on trucks during the summer months. This is an outdoor job so no CDL required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
