Sitting within the Loyalty Proposition Team, you’ll be responsible for developing the marketing plan and managing the delivery of app communications to both acquire new customers and retain engaged customers.
About the role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results. It’s a busy role that requires a customer focused mind-set, strong communication skills, attention to detail and great organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and deliver the marketing plan for app acquisition and retention communications,
marketing.
- Champion the Boots Advantage Card, ensuring the business is fully aligned on the role and
- Manage multi-channel (Email, App, Events) loyalty campaigns to provide a best-in-class
- Manage agency and third parties to support the loyalty app strategy and to deliver clear,
- Drive KPI performance including channel engagement and incremental sales
- Review and assess commercial/customer impact and define opportunities#
About you:
- You'll have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in digital
- A creative individual with a customer-first mind set
- An excellent relationship builder with both internal and external
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy along with solid organisational skills
- You'll possess strong communication skills and have an analytical mind-set
