Title: Production Operative / General Operative
The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well known reputable interiors manufacturer located at Fradley Park, Lichfield, requires Assembly Operatives (site tour required prior to start being offered) 3 shift rotation to start immediately.
No experience needed as full training provided. Duties include working on a production line in a manufacturing plant. Assembling interior units using hand/power tools, heat guns and cutting tools to produce automotive interiors (doors and dashboards) to build targets. Quality control.
This site offers:
3 shift rotating
- Days Monday to Thursday 0555-1400 Friday 0555-1300 £12.08ph (inclusive of shift allowance)
- Afternoons Monday to Thursday 1355-2200 Friday 1255-2000 £12.08ph (inclusive of shift allowance)
- Nights Monday to Thursday 2155-0600 Friday 1955-0300 £13.65ph (inclusive of shift allowance)
- Overtime available - After 39 hours Monday to Friday Pay £13.13ph (inclusive of shift allowance). Saturday and Sunday £15.75ph (inclusive of shift allowance).
- 35 minute break
- £1000 refer a friend bonus
- Start of the working week is on a Saturday
