Role Purpose

Mentor Worldwide is a global leader in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery.

We are seeking an EMEA Product Manager with a passion for innovation and enhancing the status quo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management of Mentor Worldwide's breast surgery products across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure that products are developed, launched, and marketed successfully to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives in the EMEA market.

What YOU will do

o Oversee product lifecycle, including monitoring product performance, identifying market trends and changes, and assessing risk and opportunities for growth.

o Develop and execute regional product marketing plans, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and promotion (digitally and non-digitally) that align with overall business goals and market trends.

o Monitor product performance and market trends, including sales, revenue, market share, and competitive activity.

o Develop customer-focused positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned products.

o Identify and assess new product opportunities and make recommendations for investment based on market research, competitive analysis, and internal capabilities.

o Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and customers to gather insights on products and market trends.

o Serve as a subject matter expert on the product portfolio, providing product training and support to sales teams, distributors, and customers.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clinical evidence and submit regulatory
applications for new products and indications.

o Collaborate cross-functionally with an emphasis on the sales team to develop and execute commercial strategies for assigned products, including leading product launches, developing sales tools, and conducting training programs.

o Work with global product management team to develop global product strategies and plans.

o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

What YOU will have

o Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, engineering, or healthcare. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

o At least 3-5 years of work experience, preferably product/marketing management experience in the medical device or related industry.

o Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in one or more European languages is preferred.

o Experience launching and managing products through their lifecycle.

o Understanding of clinical development, regulatory affairs, and marketing principles.

o Experience conducting market research, identifying customer needs and preferences, and translating into action.

o Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans based on insights.

o Effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

o Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

o Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

o Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization and influence cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
