We are seeking a highly capable facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client bookings, processing data on spreadsheets, raising quotes and invoices, and handling multiple client accounts. You will also attend to clients' queries.
- Implementing spreadsheet and invoicing procedures.
- Handling client bookings.
- Tracking, reviewing, approving, and issuing quotes and invoices.
- Maintaining databases.
- Investigating slow approvals.
- Managing client requests and queries.
- Verifying tax information.
- Assisting with past due or denied invoices.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or similar.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in invoicing software.
- Experience in processing quotes and invoices.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Advanced ability to collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries.
- Ability to raise quotes, review invoices, and verify tax information.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A self-starter, with the ability to think on your feet.
