Bartender for a beautiful premium Italian restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.
The role will suit a candidate with:
- Previous experience as bartender or head bartender within Hotel Bar or Restaurant Bar
- Cocktail List management (Classics and Seasonal signatures)
- Be uncompromising in your standards
- Be responsible for the daily running of the bar area
- Ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the bar areas and that expectations of guests are exceeded throughout their stay
- Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
