Product Manager
Certificial, the creator of the Smart COI NetworkTM, has transformed how insurance coverage information is shared between Agencies, Suppliers, and their Customers. We’re a fast-growing InsurTech that is in search of a Product Manager to expand our team and build a world-class product and engineering team.
What you’ll do:
- You will be a generalist in our rapidly growing two-sided network. You will not be building things in the hope that people need it, but rather filling the desperate needs of our users while innovating in ways they didn’t even know they needed.
- You will be responsible for talking to customers and translating that deep understanding of the customers’ job to be done into a world class product design and function.
- Own the hypothesis > validation > product design > pilot > release cycle of both sides of our product.
- Serve as the SME and functional owner of the product, API’s, and our roadmaps.
- You will be responsible not only for solving for the now, but quickly seeing around corners and building for the future with our customers in mind.
Other Functions:
- Ability to plan schedules and organize workload to meet deadlines
- Work cross-functionally with other teams
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to work with a high-performing, fast-paced team
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of of product management experience. (Preferably in a marketplace-style product)
- Experience shipping features in a small PM team.
- Experience as an early-stage or founding PM
- Broad experience across API’s, Design, Testing, and Deployment.
- InsurTech experience (preferred)
- Experience owning multiple Products.
Compensation:
- This role will receive a competitive base salary, bonus, benefits, and options. The base salary range for US-based employees is $50,000-$500,000.
- Various factors are considered when determining someone's leveling and compensation, including a candidate's professional background and experience.
