Fabricator / Welder

Crushing & Screening Ltd are a family business and due to our prospective workload, we are now seeking fabricator / welders to join us in permanent roles at our busy workshop near Thirsk. This position has the potential to grow into a supervisor / foreman role for the right candidate.
Varied and interesting projects, which you will see all the way through to completion. You will spend much of your time reading and interpreting detailed fabrication drawings. You will also set out complex fabrications, tack weld components into position, fabricate and weld to specified tolerances.
You’ll need to be a fabricator / welder with extensive experience and preferably have a background in a material handling environment. You will know how important safety is, for yourself and others. Also, you can lift, turn, and move loads with forklifts and cranes. You must have the right to work in the UK.

Hours of work are, Days - Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 6:00pm. 40 hours per week. Fridays can be worked as overtime when available.
Half hour lunch plus two quarter hour breaks during the day (unpaid)
Timekeeping Bonus
21days holiday (plus bank holidays)
3% employer pension contribution
Overtime paid at x1.5
