Salary:
Product Manager £48,070 - £56,874, depending on skills and experience, with an opportunity to qualify for additional allowances and a skills payment of £3,099.
Product Owner £48,104 and for roles based in London you'll receive an additional £6250 London allowance.
Senior Innovation Product Manager £62,592. You'll have the opportunity to qualify for a one-off recruitment bonus depending on skills and experience.

Product Management reimagines our products and services to meet user needs, providing the best technology solutions to help deliver critical intelligence, evidence, and data to our frontline missions. Keeping calm in the face of uncertainty, members of this team decide what products we should build to keep our organisation – and the country – safe. Available roles in this department include:
Product Owner
Bring to life unique products and help us build a culture where innovation and experimentation can thrive, when you join us as a Product Owner. You’ll be responsible for maximising the value of products and product services created by our Capability Centres, as you understand and articulate user needs.
Product Manager
Our Product Managers are responsible for deciding what products we should build to help keep the country safe. You’ll focus on your customers and their most pressing problems, translating challenges into compelling product visions and strategies for our engineers to solve.
Senior Innovation Product Manager
You’ll articulate product vision, goals and outcomes, supporting the development team and acting as a pathfinder for future product owners and managers. You’ll set the standards for what good looks like, sharing digital and innovative ways of working within the team and across the wider skills community.
