Job description
The Directors of Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust are seeking to appoint a HR Advisor to join its central services team.
Bishop Hogarth Catholic Education Trust is made up of 35 academics spread across four local authority areas within the north east. The primary base for the central team is in Darlington, however we embrace hybrid working and would welcome applicants looking to be based in our smaller Hartlepool hub. Working with the Director of HR, you will support the Human Resource function as the Trust moves from external HR services to an in-house team.
The successful candidate will work together with our HR Director and HR Manager to deliver a professional, proactive and effective HR service across the Trust, which supports the full career cycle of an employee and will cover all aspects of a generalist HR Role.
We are committed to continuous professional development and will offer the right candidate training opportunities to becoming qualified up to CIPD Level 7 as part of a development scheme.
