Located in Whistler Village and steps from the Whistler Gondola, we are a small team, focused on making a positive impact with our business – from the customers and our employees to the community and our environment.
We are hiring a front of house position as barista, bartender and food prep for a full-time role. Our staff rotate through all positions on the floor so ability to multitask is an asset.
We are looking for:
You to perform in your role with passion, and take upmost care as a representative of our brand and product; motivated to consistently deliver the excellent customer service expected. Whilst providing a positive and inclusive environment for customers and staff, our team are accountable for providing quality service and product in a safe and clean environment.

The ideal candidate:
- loves great coffee and has previous barista experience
- has flexible availability - mornings & afternoons
- enjoys working in a fast-paced environment & getting to know your customers
- is a team player and wants to build connections within our community
The positions:
- include barista, counter-service, food preparation, beer and liquor service
- include staff meal for full shifts, staff discount at Lift Coffee + Forecast Coffee locations
- Serving It Right required, Food Safe an asset
Wage listed includes tips. $17.10/hr starting salary.
