Product Experts are the face of our business - we rely on them to meet and greet our customers and be a true expert when it comes to the prestige vehicles we sell and service. We're looking for someone who is truly passionate about the brand, loves customer service, and wants to go the extra mile every time.
Working Hours for this role are 45 hour a week on a rota basis with one in three weekends off.
Basic Salary Starting at £23,000, with realistic OTEs of £23,000.

About the role:
- Develop and maintain expert level knowledge of all brand products and associated technology
- Create a real buzz and energy around the car’s features for the dealership team and customers alike
- Help evolve the knowledge of colleagues within the dealership
- Assist and energise the sales experience from initial enquiry to your customer picking up their car, and once they own it
Skills Required:
- Passionate about the brand
- Able to absorb product information quickly and advise customers, without bias, on the best products that suit their individual needs
- Have proven excellent customer service skills
- Have excellent communication skills
FCA:
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as we advise on and sell finance and insurance products. As this role includes FCA regulated activities, we will ask you to complete an FCA questionnaire as part of our recruitment process.
