This is a hands-on role for a Product Developer whowants to be part of flat-structure organization andinfluence the design & developmentof a green-field initiative . As a part of delivering end-to-end cutting-edge solutions in the form of cloud-native microservices architecture applications leveraging the latest technologies and the best industry practices, your responsibilities will include

Your responsibilities
  • Define the product vision, roadmap and objectives ensuring fit with the overall value proposition
  • Scope, design and implement development and discovery techniques with a goal of understanding the target user pain-points, needs and desires.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of customer needs, behaviours and pain points, as well as competitive landscape and industry best practice
  • Demonstrate the ability to use qualitative user insights and quantitative data to back up assumptions and develop a business case
  • Define product requirements with the ability to provide feature recommendations based on customer research and analysis
  • Lead an agile multi-disciplinary squad to deliver, balancing quality with speed to market
  • Manage the in-market product, using appropriate KPI's to improve customer experience and performance
  • Manage regulatory issues, controls, risk, and resiliency on an ongoing basis, anticipating and mitigating issues

Your product development and management skills and experience should include

  • Experience in deconstructing existing products and reconstructing them for the future
  • Ability to analyse and incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process
  • Curiosity and ability to think 'out of the box' and apply creative solutions, always putting yourself in the customer's shoes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly express product ideas and decision rationale, priorities and product requirements to a range of stakeholders with various degree of context knowledge
  • Experience of handling multiple priorities / deadlines without compromising quality
  • The ability to define an appropriate product MVP and improve through feedback and iteration
