Job description
Our receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, providing information about our company, alerting the staff about visitors and providing directions to our office. The successful candidate will be a dedicated employee who is interested in working in a friendly and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone in a friendly and polite manner.
- Be welcoming to all visitors and guests.
- Handle walk-in clients and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Answer phones quickly and efficiently.
- Be able to take messages for staff members.
- Handle & Record Post/Documents
- Know when and how to escalate calls to more experienced staff members.
- Greet all customers by name.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing and faxing.
- Provide general information about the practice, office hours, location, office events, etc.
