We’re helping brands in creating effective content through end-to-end service, from auditing and strategy, production, publication and distribution. Some of our premium clients are Unilever, PepsiCo, Nivea, Nestle and Microsoft.
We are looking for an inspiring and energetic Producer to join our London office and support the successful delivery of digital brand publishing projects.

What the Role Covers:
- Full production process - pre-production, production and post-production
- Maintaining the production process flow
- Working with the Head of Production to manage production budgets effectively
Reporting and Communication Structure
- This role reports to and advises the Head of Production
Responsibilities
- Draw up cost estimates for approval
- Understand and create cost estimates in line with industry standards
- Understand GPC’s rate structure and production margin to inform cost estimates
- To be approved by Senior Producer (up to £10,000) or Head of Production
- Use industry knowledge to evaluate costs from external suppliers
- Look for ways to reduce project costs without jeopardising quality
- Responsible for budget tracking
- Maintaining up-to-date budget tracking through budget sheets
- Understand how margin is calculated to inform project scope
- Draw up POs and liaise with finance team to ensure timely payment of suppliers
- Ensure supplier paperwork and contracts are in order, and that all documentation is timeously submitted during production phases
- Coordinates assets for quality check by Senior Producer/Head of Production
- Briefing editor in a clear and concise way to achieve best final outcome
- Work with editors to inform the final outcome of creative assets through the post-production process
- Alert Head of Production to any potential project risks
- Provide high-quality assets for feedback and approval
- Works with Senior Producer/Head of Production on project management
- Understand process flow and follow it fastidiously
- Recognise at-risk project projects
- Recommend corrective actions with Senior Producer/Head of Production
- Understanding of QA
- Understanding of the GPC quality benchmarks for content
- Maintain quality process with production team and post-production team
- Work with Head of Production to develop a sense of GPC QA
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as Producer
- Experience with Adobe creative cloud, shoot production and planning, budget costing, timelines
- Smartsheet and Paprika knowledge desirable

Hours are 9.30 to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. (Remote & Office based).
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
