About the role and our team
The Department of Infrastructure is looking to recruit a motivated and professional Administrative Officer to work as a member of the Facilities Maintenance Administration Team, providing an effective, professional and customer-focused service within the Public Estates and Housing Division.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls and entering maintenance requests into the Facilities Management System
- Dealing with requests from the public for services provided by the Division
- Maintaining databases and producing reports
- Assisting with aspects of financial administration such as processing supplier invoices and purchase cards
As part of the team, you will also provide an effective and efficient helpdesk service, answering emails and telephone calls from internal and external customers, as well as entering maintenance requests into the Facilities Management system (Concerto), maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You will also be involved with the administration of the oxygen delivery service, contract administration, financial administration and procurement, energy management and filing and records retention.
