JOB DETAIL
Integrate into client team and aid the current engineering team in their project delivery efforts.
This role includes all aspects of project management and has the following responsibilities.
- Responsible for the development of Information Management Strategies, Processes and Procedures for Engineering Management Capital Projects.
- Manage interfaces with various remote locations; resolve data interface issues, teach others to troubleshoot.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate receipt, distribution and retention of technical and non-technical engineering data.
- Instrumental in executing distribution matrix development, procedural definition, implementation, distribution and retention controls.
- Coordinate Document for Operation Requirements (DFO) and Progress Reporting for contractor’s compliance with the project document requirements.
- Organize and manage electronic files/documents via electronic management systems, integrating reviewer comments.
- Accountable for all official project documentation for the Major Capital Projects Team generated by Client and Contractors.
- Responsible for the development of workflow processes by implementing and maintaining the setup and initial upload of the Internal Project team Matrix.
- Train the Major Capital Project team, Contractors and vendors on software, best practice on document management and compliance with processes and specifications.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience plus demonstrated competence, with 10+ years of engineering and / or operational experience.
- Technical background in a GMP regulated industry with aseptic packaging experience
- Interacts well with diverse groups within engineering and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators.
- Listens to and understands others’ points of view and articulates tactfully and respectfully one’s own perspective orally, in writing, and in presentations.
- Works well with other engineers in a collaborative, fast-paced goal-driven environment.
- Possesses interpersonal skills to negotiate and reconcile differences.
- Understanding and management of procurement & contracting processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to juggle multiple demands and responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $110,869.58 - $120,000.00 per year
