- Must already live within the local area of Accordia Supported Living Service in Reigate Road, Epsom KT17.
- Must be already in the United Kingdom on a Student Visa and graduated.

As a Team Leader, you will become part of our team managing support workers to support people living in their own homes in Epsom, Surrey. You will have access to great career progressions, sector-leading professional training, and great job stability.
We specialise in providing person-centred care for adults with a forensic mental health background, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and autism to enable them to play a meaningful part within their community. We are looking for motivated individuals who are able to deal with high-stress situations and want a rewarding role as part of a service that makes a difference.
Our flagship supported living service on Reigate Road is an 8-minute walk from Ewell East train station and has on-site parking. We are looking for Team Leaders (full-time) at £12.25 per hour
Requirements
- You will need to have experience working as a manager in the care sector
- Experienced working with people with Mental health, Autism, challenging behaviours and Learning Disabilities
- Ability and experience in supporting, motivating and developing staff, including undertaking monthly supervisions, annual appraisals, leading team meetings and doing inductions.
- Leading by example on the floor and responding to incidents
- Being computer literate
- Knowledge and good understanding of current CQC/sector regulations and legislation
- Must be flexible with shifts to meet the needs of the service
- Strong values and person-centred approach
- Individuals who are enthusiastic, resilient, energetic, and proactive
- Resilience and drive to overcome challenge
- Be prepared to work with people who present with challenging behaviour and in some cases risky behaviours
- Be committed to personal and professional development
- Have, or be prepared to complete, a Level 5 diploma in Health & Social Care
