Private Shopping Coordinator
The Private Shopping Coordinator will assist both Private Shoppers and Private Client Managers, supporting their business with administrative and operation tasks.
Private Shopping Coordinators support with tasks such as necessary documentation and paperwork, returning stock to the shop floor and liaising with internal departments, in order to maintain the PCM/PS business and create a smooth Client experience.

About You
You must also be confident, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure. You must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as you will be responsible for maintaining relationships and attempt to raise the department’s profile throughout the Store. You will be discreet and professional, you will confidently meet and greet clients, always aiming to provide outstanding customer service.
Excellent attention to detail is key, as you will ensure that paperwork is completed accurately and promptly in order to adequately support the business, as well as ensuring that stock management and organisation is maintained and correct. You will also gain exposure to the role of a Private Shopper by assisting during appointments.
