Job description
Your key tasks consist of:
- Diary management: Efficient and pro-active organisation of complex agenda, travel arrangements and other administrative matters
- Organising internal meetings / conference calls
- Organising team events
- Manage email requests efficiently and answer phones
- Coordinate desk planning process for the floor
- Expense and Invoice processing
- An understanding of in-house tools and regulatory processes
- Printing and binding of presentation materials and maintenance/filing of documents
Your future colleagues
You will report to, and on a daily basis support the CSUK CEO. You will be highly dedicated and dynamic who can act as coordinator on business, platform and strategic initiatives, liaising with front to back functions on a daily basis. You will have unique opportunities to develop your knowledge of the business and products as well as to build relationships within key business and platform partners within Credit Suisse Wealth Management.

- Relevant experience as an assistant and familiarity with the financial services industry preferable
- Handling of MS Office applications and digital work tools e.g. Zoom, Skype
