We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our AMAZING HR Admin team!
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday (8 am - 4 pm OR 9 am - 5 pm). Should you require flexible working arrangements, please let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate these where possible!
Location: We operate a hybrid working policy which means that you decide what works best for you! If that means working from home, then work from home. This particular role is a hybrid position and you will need to work from our Milton Keynes, Store Support Center for 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 (DOE) per annum, plus bonus earning potential.
Key Responsibilities (Day to day duties):
- Be a point of contact for all HR-related queries.
- Deliver to Line Managers timely, clear, and consistent information, which supports and guides them to how to get things done about HR policies & processes and any other reasonable information as requested
- Administer all HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, salary changes, within the life cycle of Team Members
- Completion of end-to-end process ensuring trackers are maintained.
Key Skills/Requirements
- Experienced in administration, with an interest in HR.
- GCSE Level education including English & Maths
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally have experience of some HR software (we use Oracle system)
