Early Morning Cleaning Operator (Term Time Contract) Glasgow, Scotland
Job description
ISS in the UK provides high quality facility services designed to maintain the fabric and appearance of buildings. ISS provides facilities management; cleaning & hygiene services; maintenance and building services; catering; security; landscaping and a wide range of other tailor-made services for customers throughout the Public and Private Sectors.
Overall purpose:
To carry out and complete tasks as allocated by the Manager to agreed standards
Key Responsibilities
· To carry out general cleaning tasks as detailed on the task allocation sheet, to agreed standard, as directed by the Manager.
· To carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including Health and Safety, and Personal Hygiene.
· To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order. Report faulty machinery / equipment immediately.
· To ensure company provided uniform is kept clean and tidy and is worn at all times while at work. Always wear identification badge.
· To use every effort to develop and maintain effective working relationships with our customer and ISS colleagues.
· To attend training as required by your Manager.
· Report all accidents and dangerous occurrences to your Manager.
· Any other duties as may be reasonably requested within the grade of the post.
· Although you will be given an area to clean daily as an ISS employee your supervisor/manager can ask you to clean anywhere required within that building or any other buildings belonging to that contract.
Qualifications & Experiences:
·Ability to read English at a basic level, and a good level of spoken English

·Ability to work as part of a team
·Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels

Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £10.90 per hour
