Practice Manager Kingsbridge, England

Chillington Health Centre
Full Time Kingsbridge, England 10.56 - 12.04 GBP Today
Job description

We are looking for a new practice manager to take the reins at this really special surgery and to lead our fantastic team.
We are an independent and friendly, rural dispensing practice in a village near the sea in South Devon.

We are small, but all the best things come in small packages.
We are a forward-looking team with a willingness to try something new whilst retaining the “old values “of patient-focussed General Practice.
We are always looking to improve the service our patients receive and to keep their care here, in our communities.

We are looking for a new practice manager to be the glue that holds us all together, to lead our team and to help set our future course.

You need to be a great communicator; an “all-rounder” with experience in finance, HR and governance as well as the vision, willingness and drive to help move the practice forward.

Primary care is fast-paced and challenging, no two days are the same so problem-solving skills and adaptability are vital.
Ideally you will have some Primary or Secondary Care management experience and be able to "hit the ground running."

Salary is negotiable according to experience.
