At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry out their role.
Excluding retail, core hours at Three are between 1000 and 1600, with operating hours between 0800 and 1830. This allows employees to have a start time between 0800 and 1000 and finish time between 1600 and 1830
- Develop and implement PR activity – from the day-to-day press office to bigger brand campaigns.
- Manage press enquiries, interviews and press trips/hospitality, working with internal teams and agencies where needed.
- Proactively spot and pitch opportunities for stories, comment or product placement.
- Monitor media coverage and assist with regular reporting and presentations.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, competitor announcements and relevant news.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, as well as influencers and bloggers.
- Have a keen eye for a story, and the ability to create compelling press release/materials.
- Confidently represent the brand and PR team in both internal and external stakeholder meetings.
- Assist with running a busy press office, including device loans and new product launches.
- Work with the wider Marketing Communications team on integrated campaign responses.
- Agency management including writing briefs, developing campaigns and press materials.
- Brand protection and crisis comms (working with the Corporate PR team).
- Development of (potentially!) award-winning, stand-out PR activity that positively impacts the Three brand.
- Work collaboratively with agencies and other teams to create integrated campaigns.
