Client Support- Managing Cases
* This role will be updating client's on their installation through emails, phone calls and live chat*
Monday- Friday Office Hours- Hybrid (2 days from home)
Salary: £23,000
The position sits within the existing fast paced and high growth support desk where you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via call, email and eChat.
Agents will be responsible for managing the completion of end to end activities to SLA, keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
