Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Front Office team on duty, ensuring the smooth running of the shift and being present to support as and when required
  • Supervise accurate and efficient Front Office tasks including check in/out procedures and ensure a consistent, high level of customer service at all times
  • Responsible for the accuracy of payments on shift and ensuring that any payment queries are settled prior to departure, in accordance with the Hotel’s procedures
  • Maintain effective and regular communication within the team by carrying out daily shift handovers and team briefings in cooperation with the Duty Managers
