The School of Pharmacy at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Postgraduate Administrator.
The Postgraduate Administrator will provide high quality administrative support to the School Manager and the Senior Management team to ensure the effective and efficient administration of postgraduate provision within the School.
The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have:
1. A Degree HND, NVQ level 4 in a relevant subject plus 3 years' relevant experience providing direct administration support to senior management OR substantial relevant experience.
2. A minimum of three years’ relevant experience leading large administration processes including:
- Evidence of planning and progressing work activities based on organisational plans and policies
- Evidence of project management across a broad range of activities
- Provide advice to a number of demanding stakeholders
- Ability to produce and analyse information to inform complex management decisions
- Committee Servicing.
3. Experience of postgraduate education cycle.
4. Line Management Experience.
