Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Advisor, full training provided.
£10.76 per hour, weekly pay, 37.5 hours per week, ongoing position based in Swindon, Free Parking. Hybrid role working 2-3 days in the office and the remaining days remotely, between the hours of 7am & 9pm.
We have an excellent ongoing temporary opportunity for an outstanding Customer Service individual to utilise their Portuguese in a customer contact centre where you will be supporting customers with queries on their mobile phones! Full training will be provided but the Portuguese Language (Verbal) is a must!
You will be answering calls from Portuguese speaking customers and supporting them by phone on how to perform certain tasks on their mobiles and inputting relevant information onto the system in English.
We are looking for Fluent Portuguese speaking individuals with customer service experience to help enhance our client’s customer offering.
This is an ongoing temporary position and could lead to a permanent contract!
