We have a dedicated team of technically minded people with a passion for improving customer experience for our customers through more efficient communication. VoCoVo is a rapidly growing telecoms company, providing an integrated software and hardware solution to some of the biggest names in retail – with customers across the globe. We are now looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful rollout of new software solutions for business critical tasks and facilitate the implementation of new or improved processes to enable our business to scale effectively.
Responsibilities
● Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation project(s), ensuring alignment with the organisation goals and objectives
● Refine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resources required
● Develop a detailed project plan and schedule, outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies, based on the approved top-level plan
● Foster a collaborative environment, providing clear direction and support to internal stakeholders
● Collaborate closely with various departments including Finance, HR, Operations, and IT, to ensure smooth communication, integration, and alignment
● Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to review project status, address challenges, and make informed decisions
● Identify potential risks and issues related to the rollout and develop mitigation strategies and proactively manage risks
● Day to day management of and collaboration with solution providers, and/or 3P implementation teams
● Monitor performance and adherence to project milestones and contractual agreements
● Supporting/inputting into regular updates to relevant stakeholder groups to ensure we build strong awareness and connection with the project(s)
● Develop and execute a change management strategy to support the transition to the new systems & processes
● Engage key stakeholders and end-users to facilitate a smooth adoption process, addressing concerns and providing training as needed
● Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the system meets functional and performance requirements
● Supervise thorough testing and validation to identify and resolve any system defects or inconsistencies
● Work with the Exec Sponsor to confirm the Project Limitless governance framework ensuring it is clear to relevant stakeholders how key decisions will be made, what change protocols are in place and to confirm the metrics to be used to manage progress and measure success
● Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
Requirements
● Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in overseeing system implementations or rollouts
● Strong understanding of ERP concepts, systems, and integration processes
● Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
● Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
● Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects within budget and timeline constraints.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
● Change management expertise, with the ability to manage stakeholders' expectations and drive adoption.
● Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and requirements.
● Knowledge of Sage Intacct, HiBoB is a plus.
