About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Estates Team, over the past 15 years we’ve invested more than £450m across our five campuses in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Named ‘Modern University of the Year 2023’ by The Times and The Sunday Times, we know that our campuses and facilities are a key part of our success, which is why we’re investing a further £250m across our sites over the next five years.

You'll join us to provide a full range of Finance administrative support to the Engineering & Maintenance Team and other Estates departments. You'll assist with the operational day-to-day management of the finance tracker in a highly efficient professional manner. Recent developments at our Clifton campus include a £23m Medical Technology Innovation Facility (MTIF), £15m Health and Allied Professions Centre and £1.6m Smart Wireless Innovation Facility (SWIFT).

Our Brackenhurst campus offers a veterinary nursing centre, climate-controlled greenhouses, and multiple state-of-the-art laboratories. The Lyth building was completed in 2020 at a cost of £11.5m and offers a wide range of high-quality teaching and social spaces.
