About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Estates Team, over the past 15 years we’ve invested more than £450m across our five campuses in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Named ‘Modern University of the Year 2023’ by The Times and The Sunday Times, we know that our campuses and facilities are a key part of our success, which is why we’re investing a further £250m across our sites over the next five years.
You'll join us to provide a full range of Finance administrative support to the Engineering & Maintenance Team and other Estates departments. You'll assist with the operational day-to-day management of the finance tracker in a highly efficient professional manner. This role is eligible for hybrid working with agreement to the line manager to enable office cover.

Our City campus is home to stunning Grade II listed buildings, dynamic architecture and picturesque living walls and terraces. In 2021, our renovation of a former Wesleyan Chapel (University Hall) was recognised as the ‘University Impact Initiative of the Year’ by the Association for University Directors of Estates (AUDE). Our Brackenhurst campus offers a veterinary nursing centre, climate-controlled greenhouses, and multiple state-of-the-art laboratories. The Lyth building was completed in 2020 at a cost of £11.5m and offers a wide range of high-quality teaching and social spaces.
