Sheridan Maine is working in partnership with our client, based in Swindon, to secure a Finance Transformation Manager for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
This role provides flexible working options (requiring 1-2 days in the office per week) and can be worked outside IR35 via Ltd company.
Your responsibilities as the Finance Transformation Manager will include:
Project specific lead role to achieve:
- Utilise Kyriba/Oracle functionality to achieve automatic bank reconciliations
- Expand use of Kyriba auto posting logic to g/l (Oracle)
- Review completeness of balance sheet reconciliations, develop new reconciliations as necessary and resolve historic issues
The successful Finance Transformation Manager will require the following skills and experience:
- Experience of utilising Kyriba to achieve auto-g/l posting and/or auto-bank reconciliations
- Banking/Payments industry background beneficial
- Regulated E-money environment background beneficial
- Strong accounting and technical skills, including advance Excel.
- Strong accounting system knowledge – preferably Oracle (SAXO)
- Efficient and organised worker, excels under time pressure
- Adaptable and responsive to organisational demands
- Works independently with sound judgment and initiative
- Experience in Financial/Management Control
- Excellent time management, delivers tasks on time with precision
- Strong team leader
- Good written and verbal communicator
