We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Project Support in Digital Transformation to join the T&O Digital team. With teamwork at the centre of our strategic objectives, you’ll help deliver a customer experience which is second to none, whilst at the same time as supporting our objective to be a responsible bank and invest in our people.
Reporting to the Business Manager for Digital T&O, the role will manage the delivery of Projects including management of project funding and governance to support the ongoing development of our Customer Relationship Management activities.

- Managing projects to deliver to scope, plan, budget, and outcomes.
- Coordinating multiple project budgets through effective forecasting and financial control of spend and resources.
- Managing projects/assignments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and governance.
- Acting as a contributor to key functional projects.
- Facilitating communication within and across workstreams, increasing the level of trust of the group and recognising individual and team achievements.
What you’ll bring.
- Experience within the Digital domain and understanding the risks associated with it.
- Experience in governance and financial management.
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Strong/effective Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing and forecasting of budgets.
- Proven experience in delivering complex projects and multiple workstreams.
What else you need to know.
This role is currently Milton Keynes based/Home based but you will be expected to attend the Milton Keynes two days per week.
