We're on the lookout for experienced hospitality professionals who will bring knowledge, passion, confidence, and energy to the Barista position.
The Barista's main role is to prepare high-quality espresso beverages, consistenly, and beautifully. At our Bistro location, the smart-served Barista also prepare cocktails and alcoholic beverages.
Barista duties include:
- providing a friendly and helpful customer experience;
- restocking, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness at your station;
- opening/closing the restaurant, including cleaning & lockup duties;
- processing takeout orders, while serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner;
- hosting/seating guests, when necessary;
- having the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while keeping a positive attitude;
- exhibiting professionalism at all-times, and being a self-starter;
Barista qualifications:
- you have 1 year minimum of barista experience, or equivalent;
- bartender experience is an asset;
- you are a mature and seasoned professional, who places the utmost priority on being reliable, and takes pride in a strong work ethic;
- you are punctual, a good communicator, and bring a passion for the industry to the position;
- you love interacting with guests, and take pride in your performance;
- you rise to challenges, and are solutions-oriented;
- you welcome - and thrive in - fast-paced environments, and maintain a positive attitude;
- you are comfortable with technology, including using tablets, and KDS screens;
- host experience is an asset (i.e. knowledge of OpenTable);

+ a lucrative tip structure (+$2.75-4.50/hr avg); *salary range includes tips (wage starts at $15.50/hr)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-27 per week
Salary: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
