Job title: Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst
Employment: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: UK Based

The role overview:*

As part of our growing PMO Team, you will be provided with the necessary opportunities to further your skills, whilst giving cross-departmental support to Project Management teams. You will be committed to maintaining project management standards and innovating improved ways of working across multiple departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Ownership of resource management process for Delivery, Product, and Support teams, including TCT Australia
- Conduct department handovers and support
- Maintenance of Power BI reporting suite for resourcing
- Support the management of subcontractors, update project trackers and project resource plans.
- Be responsible for documentation and other administrative tasks.
- Support with continuous improvement activities across the delivery team as per the PMO
- roadmap.
- Define & refine any process with a view on continuous improvements to strive for a first-class PMO service.

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:*
Essential:
- Able to work independently, collaboratively and contribute as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of working with project management methodologies such as; Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2, ASAP or similar.
- You will be an excellent planner, organised and have a strong background in Stakeholder Management.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications including; SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent Excel skills is fundamental.
Desirable:
- Experience with resource management, capacity vs demand analysis and scenario planning for project resourcing.
- Experience of working within a PMO capacity.
- Experience with Power BI tools.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in business management, economics or similar degree.
