What is the opportunity?
You will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt , equity and other financial advisory services within the Transportation and Logistics sector coverage team.
What will you do?
- Gathering public information through numerous sources
- Creating financial model analyses
- Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis
- Assisting in preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials
- Assisting in execution of mandated deals
- Provide mentoring and training to Analysts
- Preparing marketing documents for clients
What do you need to succeed?
- Previous M&A advisory experience (Investment Banking / Large consultancy)
- Demonstrable Investment Banking transaction experience and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used
