Job description
We are currently recruiting for an inbound customer service representative to manage our client accounts. The job role involves taking and processing orders from our existing customers via telephone and email, and providing excellent customer service.
Experience within a business to business environment is preferred, but if you have experience in providing customer service or sales via telephone we would like to hear from you.
We provide full training and ongoing development.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 -17:00 (on site at Avonmouth).
Salary is from £24,000 depending on experience.
