Meraki Talent is recruiting for a PMO Analyst for one of its Financial Services clients who are experiencing rapid growth. Our Birmingham (Wythall) or Edinburgh based client and their diverse workforce use expert market knowledge to navigate clients through a constantly evolving market landscape. The role outlined below provides an excellent opportunity for a PMO Analyst to work closely with the Project Management team and support major change initiatives.
The role provides an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a growing company with a proven track record of success. Key responsibilities that carry considerable potential for professional development includes supporting project status reporting, supporting governance activities, and supervising and controlling project data. The successful candidate should have multiple years’ experience working as a PMO Analyst within a PMO Function. This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced PMO or Project Support professional from another sector who is looking to move into the exciting world of financial services.

Responsibilities of the PMO Analyst:
- Supporting project status reporting of multiple projects simultaneously
- Driving project delivery and performance by developing dashboards
- Coordinating governance activities in regard to project set up and board meetings
- Setting up and maintain appropriate Documentation / Configuration systems
Background of the PMO Analyst:
- Proven experience working within a PMO or Project Support/Co-ordination/Administration essential
- Excellent reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools Office Suite
- P30 or a Project Management qualification desirable but not essential
