The role of the Business Development Manager:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with selling the 3 products our clients offer as part of business' employee benefits. You will be communicating with HR Managers, HR Directors and in smaller businesses, Owners and Directors. Within your role you will be given an existing account base however most of your role is based around generating new business. You are not restricted in terms of companies you can contact however you are encouraged to contact companies who have a headcount of between 250-1000 employees for the quickest turn around.
The Requirements for the Business Development Manager role:
- 1+ Years B2B sales experience (Particular interest in recruitment backgrounds)
- Target driven and be able to demonstrate hitting targets
- Confident and Social
- Go getter and hungry to succeed
The Future of the Business Development Manager:
In this Business Development Manager role, as you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to really maximise on the commission as it is a tiered structure. Should you wish to move across divisions, once you are developed you may also could move into the team who deals with large corporate companies (Scottish Power and Vue as an example)
The Package on offer for the Business Development Manager:
- Basic Salary of up to £35k + £10k-£15k commission paid quarterly
