- Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to listen, communicate clearly and build professional relationships with clients and their families in a friendly and pleasant manner
- You must be reliable, trustworthy and an excellent timekeeper
- Live around Darlington and Northallerton
- You must have access to a car as some of our clients live in rural areas. They like you to accompany them on outings and appointments
- Above all the willingness to make someone's day a better day by caring and supporting.

No qualifications required ,we give you the training and skills to do and enjoy your role.
You must have access to a car as our clients may need support to attend appointments, activities or just go for a drive in the countryside
Additional Information
- We believe in person-centred care for our clients, which means all of our visits are a minimum of 1 hour, to give plenty of time to complete tasks and get to know your client.
- You will be matched to clients based on mutual interests and hobbies and will consistently see the same clients each time.
- Salary £11.25 per hour and double pay on Public holidays
