About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Plumber to join us within our Water Networks team to provide plumbing support for the business. Reporting to the Area manager you will be responsible for assisting in repairs, maintenance, and installation of meters and other essential plumbing work. This also means you will be involved in emergency plumbing during an out of hours standby rota.
Health and Safety is important to us which means you will ensure that all health and safety checks are carried out before undertaking any work. Therefore, you will ensure the appropriate personal protective equipment is worn.
Providing an unrivalled Customer Service is important to us which means you will be responsible for providing appropriate communication and guidance to customers, going beyond what is expected.
As part of this role you will be expected to participate in a standby rota, you will also be provided with a company van, materials, and equipment.
About you
Ideally you would have an NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent, however this is not essential
We’re also looking for you to have pipe fitting experience and problem diagnostics. You’ll have proven customer service experience in a face to face capacity too.
