Main Duties (not limited to):

• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Processing weekly sales invoices and updating internal sales reports.
• Posting purchase invoices and reconciling to expected costs.
• Cash flow reporting.
• Respond to partners' billing and finance queries.
• Checking and maintaining procedures regarding purchasing, engaging, and paying subcontractors.
• Reviewing and proactively using KPIs to benefit the business.
• Maintaining Forecast information.
• Track and reconcile bank statements.
• Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs).

Necessary Skills:

• General accounts experience, mainly in purchase ledger but some sales ledger experience.
• Sage experience ideal.
• Good communication skills.
• Excel skills.
• Able to and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a construction industry environment.
