Right Room are a UK-based real estate business that provides property management.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Property Management to join our team and take ownership of our property management department. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of restructuring property management departments for greater efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of our property management operations, including rent collection, lease enforcement, maintenance, and tenant communication
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide training and support to property management staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and able to perform their duties effectively
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations related to property management in the UK
  • Monitor property management performance metrics and use data to make informed decisions and adjustments
  • Manage the property management budget and financial performance
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Property Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Extensive knowledge of property management practices and regulations in the UK
  • Proven track record of restructuring property management departments for greater efficiency and profitability
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Demonstrated reliability and ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Knowledge of property management software and tools
