Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Plumbing Supervisor to work on our Thames Water contract in Wantage.
As the Plumbing Supervisor you will be part of our Plumbing Team who will be responsible for the supervision of the team.
As the Plumbing Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the requirements of the Morrison Utility Services job packs and team packs are being followed. You will ensure day-to-day compliance management jobs are health, safety, quality and environmentally compliant in accordance with legislations, procedures and standards. You will complete and sign off permits as required along with van audits. You will check training certification and competence and ensure teams are completing data fields in OFS/work mobile.
You will be responsible for ensuring plant and equipment is safe, calibrated and being used by authorised personnel. You will carry out and record TBT’s and safety briefings. You will complete and submit site audits and hazard spots. You will ensure jobs meet all environmental standards. Finally, you will ensure the data integrity of all jobs completed including random dip testing of data including but not limited to; serial numbers (bar codes), co-ordinates, photograph quality on route and task stop-starts times etc .
