The Asset Management and Property Services team manages the Gloucestershire County Council estate. We are an established Property Services and Estates Management team who take pride in delivering high quality service across the County, including educational establishments, to ensure we have a fully compliant estate. We have the knowledge and expertise to advise on legislative, statutory requirements, national guidelines and best practice requirements for property matters.
How you’ll help us make a difference…
We are currently looking for a Plumber Multi trade operative to work as part of our Asset Management and Property Services team based in Shire Hall, Gloucester.
You will be a competent and efficient in plumbing maintenance and installations whose skills will be used to support to Asset Management and Property Services Team, as part of the AMPS Facilities Management Maintenance team. You will work as part of the Maintenance Team to ensure effective quality and regulatory standards are met across the county council. You should hold relevant qualifications and industry experience.
Your willingness to learn, attention to detail and communication skills will help your success. Teamworking, problem solving and time management skills will aid your success in your role.
