Quality Assurance Agent
Northampton
As a Barclay’s Quality Assurance Agent, you will work as part of a team of quality agents to deliver effective, efficient, and compliant quality assurance, working closely with operational colleagues and leadership, to maximize overall operational performance. You will have an opportunity to support our Operational stakeholders through independent quality assurance against a set of defined standards. You will make sure all work is to be completed within specific defined timescales and in accordance with Barclays Policies.

What will you be doing?
- Performing on agreed assurance checks on system & telephony activity to ensure the business adheres to procedures, policies & regulations
- Adding value by benchmarking the quality output and providing high quality and actionable feedback where applicable
- Following the end-to-end journey of quality assurance to including remediation requirements where errors have occurred
- Assisting team leader/Manager in the preparation of executive summaries, reports, and Management Information
- Recognizing and promoting role-model quality results
- Helping Operations with the QA output to meet quality service levels/metrics
- Regularly reviewing information sources to identify & implement changes to the quality monitoring standards
- Providing regular updates to highlight issues, trends, and results to key stakeholders through analyzing data and providing

Where will you be working?
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997. This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff. The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
