Sales Executive – Financial and Legal Services Salary: (Basic + commission), hybrid, flexible working and full training provided.
Due to continued expansion we are recruiting an additional team of up to 10 Sales Executives to work within our financial and legal services department with a portfolio of insurers.
If you are looking for your next OR first sales role and want to use your persuasiveness, sales, negotiation and communication skills to get results and to be well rewarded for your effort we want to hear from you!
You don’t have to have financial or legal services experience, we know that because some of our best performers have started with no product knowledge. Instead what we are looking for is a sales mentality with the passion and drive to get results. Your success will come from learning the product and service then building great relationships, negotiating terms and making successful decisions with insurers on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities
- 30 + outbound calls a day (no cold calling)
- Effectively manage your own portfolio of opportunities
- Maintain a high level of client care and ensuing the right outcome for each opportunity
- Maintain all KPIs and SLAs
- Use the technical legal knowledge you will be trained on to continually progress your portfolio of opportunities
- Build strong relationships with insurers to swiftly progress your portfolio to the right outcome
- Maintain performance to a high level in a target orientated environment
