The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUHFT) Digital Health team is responsible for the delivery of digital services across the Trust to support its clinical and administrative obligations.
The Department comprises of 4 main areas: - Digital Hospital, Operational, Informatics and Information Governance and made up of over 100+ staff. Our aims are to provide the highest degree of digital services and support to Trust staff, the Trust's partners, and commissioners.
These services are undertaken through the provision of high-quality digital services to customers throughout the trust, this helps ensure that the best patient care is always available, and that staff productivity is maintained.
The Application Support & Training team form part of the Operational arm, working with the Service Delivery team to provide excellent service and deliver the Service Delivery Roadmap. The successful candidate will lead on the support of the Symphony application and will join a busy team of 5 Application Support Specialists & 3 Digital Health Trainers providing Application Support services to the Trust, supporting a range of administrative and clinical applications

The opportunity to take the lead on supporting the Symphony clinical system which is used for urgent and emergency care, supporting patient management, tracking and clinical workflow.
You will be required to provide a comprehensive and efficient Second/Third Line Support relating to the day-to-day use of a range of applications and systems, acting as a specialist and administrator for software within the Clinical Applications Portfolio; ensuring system performance, data quality and data integrity is maintained through liaison with external suppliers and data owners/users.
Provide analysis and specialist knowledge relating to the monitoring, maintenance, and management of day-to-day use of systems under the Applications Support Portfolio. The team also provide support in the configuration, design, development, testing and delivery of new applications and enhancements.
You will also support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence.
